30 Minutes for 30 Days!

Today is day 30! I am in awe of what God has done. As I have shared before, when we left, we left in faith. It seems that God was literally pushing us out of the door. I want to be clear....

We absolutely could not have done ANY of this without God and He deserves the glory alone. I have met others with this illness and they ask,

"How do you do it? How can you possibly afford it?"

And of ourselves, we can't. God has used other believers to keep us going and God provided a wonderful job for Steve. His full time income will kick in in August. Please continue to pray for provision until then.

I read these Psalms today:

Psalm 3:3-4
But you, O LORD, are a shield about me, my glory, and the lifter of my head. I cried aloud to the LORD, and he answered me from his holy hill. Selah

Psalm 4:3-

But know that the LORD has set apart the godly for himself; the LORD hears when I call to him.

Psalm 5:12-

For you bless the righteous, O LORD; you  cover him with favor as with a shield.

And we have seen these things to be true.

We did have to leave town yesterday. Our two hotels booked up for a tournament in town and with some of the reactions I was having from the visitors, it was best we left anyway.

We traveled a few hours north. Finally, we found a great location after several tries, we found a great place!

Today was an amazing day. I was able to swim for 30 minutes (with lots of breaks). I'm working up to a hour a day and then will add in more intense workouts.

The boys are having a lot of fun with swimming, hot tubs and today we even went to a park.

We have a big adventure planned for tomorrow and we look forward to having many more.

Thank you to the wonderful friends we have and continued prayers!

In Christ,
